ABOUT US
Social welfare corporation Tachibanakai was established in 1982. We started as a nursery school, and after that Tachibanakai set up a special nursing home for the elderly named Neyagawa Ishiduen in 1997.
社会福祉法人たちばな会は1982年に設立し、保育園を始めました。そして1997年に特別養護老人ホーム寝屋川石津園を開設しました。
We decided to contribute to the local communities by helping people of all ages from children to the elderly. And to achieve this, we created 5 ideas to abide by.
子供からお年寄りまで安心して暮らせるように地域社会に貢献したい。そのために５つの理念からなる石津園憲章を定め、守っています。

We think it’s important to develop the human resources for the care for the elderly in future. We support them by providing skilled care worker not only in Neyagawa Ishiduen but also in local communities.
私たちは将来の高齢者福祉を担う人材育成にも力をいれています。寝屋川石津園だけでなく地域社会の中でも役に立つ介護士に成長するよう応援します。
We hope to contribute to the education of elderly care in the Japanese society as well as internationally. That’s why we support EPA care worker candidates.
日本社会、国際社会の高齢者福祉の人材育成に貢献したいと考えています。私たちはEPA介護候補生を応援しています。
Neyagawa Ishiduen has several EPA care workers and candidates.
石津園には数名のフィリピン人EPA介護福祉士と候補生が在籍しています。
EPA PROGRAM
Economic Partnership Agreement
Entry is permitted for Philippine, Vietnamese and Indonesian care worker candidates who fulfill certain criteria and conditions (such as completion of Japanese language training). Permission to work will be granted as a part of preparation to obtain qualifications required by the Japanese law (maximum length of stay is four years for care workers).
一定の要件を満たすフィリピン人、ベトナム人、インドネシア人の介護福祉士候補者の入国を認め、日本語等の研修修了後、日本の国家資格を取得するための準備活動の一環として就労することを認められています（滞在期間の上限、介護福祉士４年）。
Those who pass the Japanese national exam will be permitted to continue working as care workers.
国家資格取得者は介護福祉士として引き続き就労が認められます。
Japanese trainers support candidates to learn the Japanese language and care working.
Candidates study at the facility for one hour once a week and attend Japanese language school once a week.
日本人のトレーナーが候補生の日本語と介護の勉強を援助します。
候補生は週に１回１時間施設での勉強と日本語学校に週１回通います。

Neyagawa Ishiduen is located northeast in Osaka prefecture (between Osaka city and Kyoto city).
About 20 minutes walk from Korien staion or Neyagawa-shi station (Keihan line.)
